I see a clear, nonjudgmental information exchange. Both master and student are interested in the same thing, getting the best performance. Think about how, in some ways, feedback and coaching is simpler in this context. In organizations, the information is always incomplete and the scenarios are complex. That aside, imagine if we took the challenge to ask questions first, show what we mean, and collaborate on the approach forward.
