Nearly everyone I meet has a complaint or a desire about “how the organization should change/grow/transform” to be more successful (let alone our country or global community).
This week, I offer you a quote from Mahatma Ghandi that is timeless and can inspire us all to reflect on our own ability and will to act.
“Be the change that you want to see in the world.”
When I think of my own opportunities, this means that I should:
- Start from the inside, how I think and feel—who I am.
- Not wait for the change in the other person or team or organization.
- Act as a demonstration of my desired reality.
What are your opportunities to “be the change?”
