Mr. Abe Hughes is the Vice President of New Holland Agriculture for North America. New Holland is a key brand within CNH, part of the Fiat Group. In his role, Abe has accountability for business strategy, financial success, sales and marketing, partnerships, network development, service, supply chain, and talent management within the region. Prior to his current role, Mr. Hughes was responsible for mergers and acquisitions of Fiat Group / CNH in the Americas – Canada, U.S. and Latin America. His earlier career includes Hughes Girardi Partners, his own M&A firm, as well as leadership roles in companies such as R.R. Donnelly and Eli Lilly. He received an M.B.A from Harvard University and a B.A. from Cornell University.
