Each of us has a host of strengths…and, any number of “areas for development.” How could we not? We are successful, so we must have ample strengths. Yet, the work world is far more challenging than ever before. If you were strong in every aspect of our job, you’d be super-human—not possible. Even though we know that, we often ignore areas that we know “make us vulnerable” to failure (or some degree of negative impact). This work starts with identifying key strengths and vulnerabilities and then assessing vulnerabilities for importance to achieving results and degree of internal “wiring.”
